ANNOUNCEMENT OF A PROCEDURE FOR THE SELECTION OF A CONTRACTOR
IN ACCORDANCE WITH DECISION No. 4 OF JANUARY 11, 2024
THROUGH A SELECTION WITH A PUBLIC INVITATION
Subject: “Delivery, installation and commissioning of: Knitting machine for seamless garments – 1 unit”,
FINANCED BY THE FINANCIAL MECHANISM OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA,
PROCEDURE BG16RFPR001-1.004 “Support for family businesses, enterprises from the creative industries and crafts”, PROGRAM “COMPETITIVENESS AND INNOVATION IN ENTERPRISES” 2021-2027
Funding Agreement No. BG16RFPR001-1.004-1869 of 10.06.2025
The activity will be implemented through external contracting – selection with a public invitation, while the rules for contracting investment activities by final recipients will be observed according to Decree No. 4 of January 11, 2024, the requirements of The Conditions of Application, the Conditions of Implementation and their annexes, as well as all other instructions and guidelines provided by SND. When conducting the selection procedure with a public call, the following sequence will be observed:
Preparation of documentation for participation in the procedure and coordination with the MA.
Publication of a notice for the selection of a contractor and collection of offers.
Examination, evaluation and ranking of the received offers.
Preparation of an evaluation report containing the ranking of the candidates.
Notification of the candidates of the results of the work of the evaluators and sending an invitation to conclude a contract with the selected candidate.
Sending an invitation to submit documents to the selected candidate for signing a contract.
Signing a contract with the selected contractor.
Sending a copy of the concluded contract, its annexes and all documentation on the selection of the contractor to the MA.
In the event of a change in the procedure, the instructions of the Managing Authority will be followed. Candidates meeting the minimum technical and financial requirements will be ranked on the basis of the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender.
