ANNOUNCEMENT OF A PROCEDURE FOR THE SELECTION OF A CONTRACTOR
WITH SUBJECT: “Delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment: specific position 1 – Automatic machine for cleaning and washing the knitting bed – 1 unit; specific position 2 – Robot for moving the needle beds of knitting machines – 1 unit;”,
FINANCED BY THE FINANCIAL MECHANISM OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA,
Project: “Support for family businesses, enterprises from creative industries and crafts“, Programme “Competitiveness and innovations in enterprises” 2021-2027.
Procedure objective: Encouraging investments to improve the production capacity of family businesses, enterprises of the creative industry and crafts, and thus contribute to increasing their competitiveness and strenghtening their market presence.

The activity will be implemented through external contracting – selection with a public invitation, while the rules for contracting investment activities by final recipients according to PMS No. 4/11.01.2024, the requirements of the Application Conditions, the Implementation Conditions and the annexes thereto, as well as any other instructions and guidelines provided by the SND will be observed. The following sequence will be followed when conducting the selection procedure with a public invitation:
- Preparation of documentation for participation in the procedure and coordination with the MA.
- Publication of a notice for the selection of a contractor and collection of offers
- Examination, evaluation and ranking of the received offers.
- Preparation of an evaluation report containing the ranking of the candidates.
- Notification of the candidates of the results of the work of the evaluators and sending an invitation to conclude a contract with the selected candidate.
- Sending an invitation to submit documents to the selected candidate for signing a contract.
- Signing a contract with the selected contractor.
Sending to the MA a copy of the concluded contract, its annexes and all documentation on the selection of the contractor.
In case of a change in the procedure, the instructions of the Managing Authority will be followed. Candidates meeting the minimum technical and financial requirements will be ranked based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender.
